I’m not a management guru. I’m a working mom who just wants to pass down what I’ve learned in business to my children. Sure, you can hire an expert or take a class to get your questions answered. Or, keep reading for the “real talk” a mother would tell her daughter (or son) about how to start, grow and manage a business.
